Ordering
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues placing an order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days after your order is processed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Please note: Some of our titles are available as signed editions, and we carry a limited supply of these. If a signed book is out of stock at the time of your order, please allow up to two weeks for fulfillment while we replenish our signed inventory. We appreciate your patience — a signed copy is worth the wait!
Returns & Exchanges
If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We want every reader to have a great experience with Sled Dog Publishing.
